Support can help with incorrect event times, incomplete fight cards, Premium issues, and technical problems.
To get help faster, please include the event name, your time zone, the affected device, and a screenshot.
Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. If Premium is not recognized, first use Restore Purchases in the More tab with the same Apple ID that was used for the purchase.
Diagnostics & Logs
The app can create a local diagnostics export when needed. The export is designed to include app logs and MetricKit diagnostics without including ads, trackers, or personal accounts.
When you contact support, a diagnostics export often helps narrow down technical issues faster.
Ads & Privacy
If ad options are available in your region, you can manage them in the app under More → Ads & Privacy.
When ads are active, the app may show a Google consent dialog at launch if this is required in your region.
