Common questions

A source will not connect

Check the address, source type, and credentials. Local addresses can work on your home network; outside it, use a correctly secured HTTPS address.

A file will not open

Supported formats include CBZ/ZIP, EPUB/WebPub, PDF, Markdown, and text. CBR/RAR is not supported. Also check that the file is complete and available to the Files app.

An SMB share is missing

Connect the SMB share in Apple's Files app first. Then select it in Euria through Add Folder or SMB Share.

Purchases and offline storage

Premium is a one-time purchase. Use Restore Purchases after changing devices. Offline availability also depends on whether the selected server source supports it.

Information that helps

Please include the app version, device, iOS or iPadOS version, source type, and file format. Never send passwords, API keys, or private library content.
