A barcode returns no product

Open Food Facts is a community database and can contain incomplete or inaccurate information. You can always add or correct the item manually.

Date recognition finds nothing

Use good lighting, hold the package steady, and review the suggested date. Recognition runs on the device; manual entry is always available.

A reminder did not appear

Check that notifications are allowed for Wastee in iOS Settings. Reminders are scheduled locally on your iPhone.

Reset app data

You can reset local app data in Wastee Settings. Exported files must also be removed wherever you saved or shared them.

Information that helps

Please include the app version, device, iOS version, and affected flow. Do not share private inventory lists or photos unless they are necessary to explain the problem.
