This policy separates local processing inside Leavo, voluntary support email, and the technically necessary delivery of this website.

2. Local app data
Leavo stores settings and learning progress in the protected app area on your device. This includes language choices, audio, haptic and appearance options, daily goal, answered words, typed answers, response times, Known, Hard and Favorite markers, points, level, streaks, achievements, and skill progress.
3. Data stays on your device
The current app does not send this data to me or to a server I operate. Leavo requires no account and no cloud sync of its own. Listening exercises use installed Apple system voices on the device.
3a. Subscriptions through Apple
Apple handles payment and subscription management. Leavo checks purchase status through StoreKit on your device and does not receive payment details. Purchases and restoration require an internet connection. Verified Premium access works offline until the valid subscription period ends. Apple Privacy · Apple Standard EULA
4. Deletion and backups
You can reset learning progress in the app. Deleting Leavo removes its local app area. If enabled, device backups are managed by the operating system or Apple under your settings and Apple's privacy information.
5. Email support
If you voluntarily contact support, I process your email address, message, and information you choose to attach to answer the request. The error-report action prepares an email draft with the exercise ID, answers and app/system versions. These details are transmitted only if you send the draft from your mail app. Proton AG in Switzerland is used to receive email; your own email provider also participates in delivery.
6. Website hosting
These pages are delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technically necessary traffic data such as IP address, requested address, time, browser, system, security, and status information. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
7. Retention and rights
Local data stays on your device until you reset progress or delete the app. Support messages are deleted when the request is complete and no legal or legitimate retention reason remains. For access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, contact [email protected]. You may also complain to a data-protection authority.
8. Legal bases
Depending on the request, support is based on Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Technically necessary website delivery and abuse prevention are based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. There is no automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects.
9. Changes
This policy is updated when features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The current version is available on this page.
