Common questions
No sound
Check Leavo's audio setting, device volume, and silent mode. Listening exercises use installed Apple system voices.
Start progress again
You can reset locally stored learning progress in Leavo Settings.
An answer is not accepted
Spelling exercises normalize capitalization and common whitespace. Check accents and the selected target language.
No connection
Practice and learning progress work offline. Valid, verified Premium access remains usable until the subscription period ends. Purchases, restoration, the website and email require internet.
Restore or cancel a subscription
Open Settings → Restore purchases using the Apple Account used for purchase. Manage or cancel subscription opens Apple’s subscription settings. Resetting learning progress or deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
